The textile designs of Cotton & Flax are wonderful mix of powerful geometric shapes, vivid colours and quirky patterns.
Erin Dollar, the artist and designer behind Cotton & Flax, began as a printmaker and gradually moved into textile design. In 2012 she began C&F and has since then created a portfolio of work that spans all sorts of styles and influences. I love her diversity and simplicity of designs. Her work is proof that minimalism isn't boring, not even slightly!
In the short history of Cotton & Flax, Dollar has collaborated with amazing designers such as CB2, Robert Kaufman and American Express. She truly is a talented being!
