Building Block

LA based Building Block, is a design studio that just seems to be having so much fun. Their bag designs are such an amazing spectrum of chic, sophisticate and even a bit quirky.

Building Block has minimalist style down pat while also exploring materiality and forms within their designs. I have never seen such a diverse portfolio from one studio. Building Block designs using materials such as leather, pvc, acrylic and wood. In keeping with minimalist values, their designs are embellishment free with the focus being on their intriguing shapes and the use of materials.

Design by Building Block are so captivating and intriguing! It’s great to see a studio that can express that minimalism doesn’t mean boring.
