Susan Laughton

The best thing about art is its ability to connect with everyone differently. The work of Susan Laughton does that for me. He landscape and architecture inspired paintings and sculptures are dreamy and vague and at the same times somehow familiar. Each piece is such a perfect combination of colours, geometric forms and natural textures make each piece endlessly intriguing. Laughton’s work is something I feel anyone could look at and relate to or reminisce about something through. Regardless of who and where we are, our environments both natural and built influence us and it’s that universal dialogue that Susan Laughton captures so perfectly in her work.
