The Cloth Shop
A few weeks ago I visited The Cloth Shop here in London. This independent shop is located in the wonderfully vibrant and eclectic Portobello Road area. The Cloth Shop fits in wonderfully with the atmosphere and identity of that historic space. Absolutely packed with wonderful things, this space is such a wonderful treasure chest of textiles of varying colours, textures and composition. It was so inspiring and informative. In addition to the fabrics, The Cloth Shop also carries a perfectly currated collection of antiques and vintage homewares. From old glass carafes to ceramics, dinnerware and lanterns, it was such a nostalgic visit.
