MISMO

I am in love with everything MISMO designs. This Danish based company with its Spanish name designs men's bags and luggage that blows me away. The forms of MISMO designs definitely reflect their Scandinavian heritage with simple forms and minimalist decoration. What does appear as an embellishment is beautiful but still carefully considered and implemented into the design of these incredible bags. Nothing appears to be excessive or thoughtlessly added on.

The leather MISMO uses in their work is sourced from Italy and crafted in Turkey. Their work is just so well executed. Despite being marketed for men I have definitely caught myself picturing a MISMO bag of my own in my future. The fact that their designs are not overtly masculine speaks to the quality of the design and their ability to withstand whatever trends and fads the future holds.
