Ceramist Gill Usher of Moss Stitch Ceramics is a highly talented and curious designer.

Throughout her Instagram feed and website you can see all of the materials, techniques and applications she experiments with but my personal favourite is her work with natural impressions.

These pieces are so intriguing. The impressions are so full of even the tiniest veins and textures from the various leaves and grasses Usher uses to creating these charming pieces.

The soft, dreamy colouring she adds to her designs makes them feel nostalgic and really make the details shine. A little piece of life, frozen in time. So lovely!
