L.U.C.A
The ability to find another purpose for a material or even object is such a rewarding achievement and so intriguing to see. The designs of Dutch designer L.U.C.A are a wonderful example of that. Their jewellery designs are created out of glass and are amazing pieces of work. Rings, bracelets and necklaces are all created using various glass types from smokey greys, warm bronzes and veined opaque glass. All of the designs are just fascinating in how the design is created and the way the material reacts and looks both on a surface and when being worn.
L.U.C.A designs are simple, modern pieces that are beautiful and classic. I can’t wait to see where their work continues to take us.
